Studies in Israel have proven that lycopene can eliminate cancer cells in the mouth and reduce the risk of breast, prostate, pancreas, and colorectal cancer. This nutrient rich superfood is also a good sour

Broccoli, specially sprouts, contain the phytochemical sulforaphane that helps in preventing some types of colon and rectal cancer. Sulforaphane aids to produce enzymes that deactivate certain carcinogens and free radicals. Broccoli sprouts have been developed under the name BroccoSprouts, which contains the same amount of sulforaphane, only 20 times higher than normally found in mature broccoli heads.
Carrots, a healthy source of beta carotene, help reduce mouth, throat, lung, stomach, intestine, bladder, prostate, and breast cancer. o proven to lower the risk of stomach and colon cancer.
